It's E.T. pulling a Constantine. This animated gif is of course from the 1982 Steven Spielberg alien flick titled E.T. - The Extra Terrestrial. Someone that doesn't get enough attention for this masterpiece is its writer Melissa Mathison, and the voice of E.T. himself, Pat Welsh.
